Pros
Personally I enjoy the flexibility the company provides, with opportunities of working from home, which saves commuting time and money, as well as money for lunches. Lunch cards as a benefit help to increase effective income.
Cons
The salary is not sufficient to rent a decent flat in Lisbon area, also reaching billability rate is a stress. Basically, employees have to constantly seek a job within a company . Billability is key for promotion, which makes it tricky to develop within the organisation. The career progress is quite slow.
