      As a senior professional, I joined ERM 5 years ago and have been so impressed by the growth opportunities as well as the commercial focus of the business. At ERM, it's about building strong collaborative relationships internally as well as with our clients. I've been so impressed by the breadth and depth of expertise at all levels.

      Cons

      Very strong emphasis on operational business metrics but if you work hard and align with overall business strategy, you will be fairly rewarded.

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
