      All of the projects are sustainability related, with people who are passionate about what they do. Teams are highly collaborative with good culture of sharing and learning

      Cons

      Compensation and pay is below market average. Trying to use purpose and passion to drive staff morale, but only work for some staff who don't care so much about pay. High attrition rate and aggressive growth targets

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
