      Great culture ( in Irvine), flexibility, opportunity if you’re good and the company is busy

      Cons

      Stress on metrics, KKR (privare equity) seems to be squeezing the organization for profits, some people have trouble finding work

      Cool projects. Diversity of work

      Cons

      Basically every 15 minutes need to be billed to a client. If not you will be penalized even if they say you’re doing great.
