Passionate about open source. - Awesome product, with humanistic approach to design. - Flat organisational hierarchy, so you have freedom to express your ideas and implement them. - Endless opportunity to learn new things. - Focused on overall personality development. - Remote working - Global community of users (in more than 180+ countries)

      Cons

      - Lots of scope for product marketing. - Given that ERPNext is designed for self-implementation, help content should be lot more handy, searchable and complete.
