Interns are given various tasks which I believe gives them opportunity to develop their skills in different aspects. The department tasks in Electronics 1 Department provides good practice for designing schematic diagram, designing PCB, and designing 3D enclosures. Committee tasks and individual side tasks allowed each interns improve communication skill, time management, leadership and teamwork.

Supervisor weren't hands on on training the interns. They just assign you the tasks. Each department was required to conduct webinars (interns as speaker). I don't have a problem with conducting a webinar. I just hope that interns would only be tasked for its organization but have a professional deliver/present it especially it's a technical webinar.

Honestly, I can’t think of any.

Interns are expected to produce output that feels like a full-blown doctoral thesis—for the benefit of the boss. The workload is excessive, with little to no regard for the interns’ learning experience.
