Pros
The reason almost anyone starts there is if you don't mind going full-on beast mode every shift, You'll get paid better than anywhere else in the county. They are very good about allowing for upward mobility and provide opportunities to build your resume There are a lot of wonderful people that work there.
Cons
Not being able to move your hands in the morning even though you have to head in for the next shift. That's a con. There are a fair number of idiots that work there and that can have negative impacts on managements attitudes towards all employees. The attendance system is overly rigid for all employees Benefits are generally weak/expensive
