Pros
I was an interned, they created a job for me, so when you work hard they rewarded me. The people I worked with in Marketing were great and so were a lot of the people in the office. There was a lot of change happening including some high profile firings but it appeared they were working towards bettering the company.
Cons
I was not an engineer and worked in Marketing, meaning, no room for advancement. The office space is very dull and boring. They had been talking about changing it, but while I was there it was all talk. The management is not really open to a much fun, but rather be there to work not to bond with coworkers. This is a very average place to work, I am sure there are much worst out there, and know there is much better.
