      Decent pay that we had to fight for thru union

      Cons

      Horrible management. Just did a MASSIVE layoff 3 weeks before Christmas. Went from a staff of 20 to 6.

      Pros

      Mid-paced & customer-facing. Database & GUI driven. Not a call-center environment, but vital to Client-Contractor relationship. Freedom to work hybrid, as needed. GxP facility, so training is expansive & up-to-date.

      Cons

      Wear many hats, responsible for vastly different aspects regarding subordinates & their daily/special tasks. Pay below average, due to stand-up costs & developing job opportunities while on-site. OJT almost up to par, but needs furthering via seminars, certifications.
