Working at ESG has been a fantastic start to my recruitment career. I joined the company straight from university, in a graduate trainee role. 1 year on, I’m the youngest Senior Consultant in the firm’s history and I’ve been Top Biller for the past 2 months. I was lucky enough to be trained by both the MD and CEO, who combined have over 30 years of experience in the recruitment industry. The office is uber-cool, and the ESG team are so much fun. In the office, they’re everything you’d expect from a top-tier recruitment firm, but when it comes to the legendary Thursday night happy hours...

None whatsoever that I have come across

Excellent reputation - they are the market leaders in Grad Recruitment 100's of established clients to work with so not a pure new business environment Unlimited earning potential and an amazing commission scheme Very cool office in Aldgate with free beer on tap! Flexible bosses - can leave early, come in late, take a long lunch or work from home when necessary. Optional casual dress for when not seeing clients or candidates

We have so many established clients we can't fill all their roles - a good problem to have really!
