      Pros

      Mostly great people, variety of work, different and interesting challenges day-to-day.

      Cons

      No appreciation for overtime, going above and beyond, thrown onto shows you have zero experience in and get little to no training/briefing, Get put on 15+ hour shows with no break. Huge superiority separation from "employee" to "contractor/casual". And when they get sick of you, they just eject you out the backdoor. The pay is okay but I was able to find way better in other companies.

      Everyone at the company loves what they do and works really well together.

      Cons

      It's a job at the end of the day. because its gaming, it is hard to find a balance of work/life.

      A few great colleagues, primarily remote.

      Cons

      Misguided management, no transparency, big culture of “that’s not my job”. Constant layoffs, isolating, takes forever to get things done. I felt like I had to constantly chase to get answers, and the company doesn’t seem too concerned about not being compliant with state laws.
