Pros
ESM used to be a great company built on great values. The people were amazing and it was a great place to work. They pay could have (and should have) been better, but you didn't mind so much because you got to work with awesome people every day.
Cons
Xerox bought ESM in 2011 and after that everything went downhill. Xerox is a horrible company that destroys small businesses that it buys. Nearly every client ESM had left. The great employees left. They shut down all the offices and now the few survivors work from home. What a sad, miserable end to a company that was one of the best places to work in Colorado.
