      Has a very competitive atmosphere that motivates employees towards excellence. People are generally happy with their jobs and are all working towards the same goal. Executives do a great job of relaying the companies vision to all employees.

      Bristol is a difficult city to live in.

      A very collaborative and supportive environment with plenty of space to grow within the company.

      Work weekends and some nights, for those not interested in those types of hours.

      You get to work on cool events and shows.

      But the pay will be low and you work long hours. Takes a long time to get promoted even after good work. Regardless, the structure is better when you get OT, verses not. If you won't, some other person will
