      Great hours, understandable and appropriate placement in job positions. Highest wage I've found so far for this position

      No paid time off, no paid holidays, barely any work available in the summer

      Pros

      Somewhat easy application and easy hiring. Can choose days to work and assignments available everyday. Good to get experience in schools if no education degree yet or deciding.

      Cons

      Same day or very short notice of assignments available (depending on location). Constantly checking app for work. Minimum wage for this important job.
