Pros
Working Kindergarten was a priceless experience, the easiest age group. The Flexibility to work "full days" & "half days" at your leisure. You choose age group and even school, depending on availibility everyday, before going to sleep, and as easy as logging in, seeing its available, and click will work that day, using system.
Cons
I often changed locations, moved depending on availability. This has improved. Training could be more in-depth, and hands-on, instead of a one day orientation. I consider myself easygoing, but teacher's expectations vary.
