Terrible employees that don’t answer your question then you get gaslit and it’s your responsibility to look up things when it’s not. Theae people at this sham of a company are literally being paid to do it and they refuse to do it. If your school district hires them; run the other direction. They’re unprofessional, they don’t answer emails, and they just send you to go contact somebody else if you have a problem. I would never wish my worst enemy be employed by them; they’re that bad.
