Cons
Extremely deceptive interview process. Senior management sold me on the "we not me", "be real", and "people are our best asset" mantras they have up on the wall. That is not the case- it is a small company that runs on unrealistic deadlines and a culture of fear. I felt more like a cog on a wheel than a contributing member of a great team. I'm not the only one who has had the experience of a less-than straightforward interview process. Deadlines are unrealistic and quality suffers as a result. No legitimate engineering process- just get everything out the door as fast as you can. Was here for just over a year and consider it to be a time I lost on my career path. If you decide to interview after reading this also ask to interview with your peers without management in the room. See how that goes. Heavily dependent on the oil and gas industry which is tanking right now so....
