Cons
80 hour work week one week, and than 40 the next. High school, "buddy buddy" clique with management and employees. Unprofessional hostile management. Terrible pay scale, mainly because of refusal of raise after moving from assembly to welding/fabrication. A 55 cent difference. Didn't understand the guilt trip for asking when it was clearly merited.
