Great lower level employees, wonderful customers. Lots of great memories.

Merging made us stronger but I think they lost sight of the valued customers that helped build the company. They no longer value loyalty. Hiring to many contract Employees that have lofty ambitions and no follow through so their longevity is limited. CEO is great but I think the management from mergers treat the company like where they came from to the point that ESSA may no longer be the surviving company.
