Pros
The job here is pretty flexible, which is a huge plus. The company gives us a good amount of freedom to manage our own schedules, which makes balancing work and personal life much easier. There’s also a lot of trust placed in us to get the job done without constant oversight, so we can work independently.
Cons
Working here with such bad management is honestly exhausting. It feels like there’s no direction, no clear goals, and no real communication, which just throws everyone off. They don't listen to employee feedback, even though we’re the ones dealing with the day-to-day issues, and that’s frustrating. It’s like they ignore the people who actually know what’s going on. Because of this, everyone’s getting burnt out and fed up. I’ve seen good people leave because they’re just tired of the chaos and lack of support, and honestly, it’s hard not to think about doing the same.
