If you are looking forward to join company thinking of Times credibility then please don’t, coz nothing is worth working in such a company. Their is no proper training given and they expect you to get revenue every week by some magic. They have weekly sales call with the CBO who harasses you in front of everyone. The managers don’t know how to handle team and guide them, all they do is ask for deals every now and then. They literally harass you, and in return give you lesser salary and keep looking to deduct because of missed attendance which managers don’t approve on time, they had one job. The HR is useless, take eternity to reply to queries. I had joined this company coz i had no other option and looking at Times name, but you please don’t it. Even if its the only company you got offer from, don’t join this company, it’s a cult.
