      Fast paced, but not unreasonable deadlines. ETC has a very diverse workforce. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The pay and benefits are in line with the area. Current technologies are used

      Due to the nature of the business and the need to develop and deploy solutions, some of the projects are given to the development staff before they should be.

      Pros

      they will let you have a personality and work with you if you have a problem.

      Cons

      the politics. its very hard to get a higher position in the management role if you are an african american trying to get hired thru the branch. the corporation will hire you off the street but if you are an employee and want to make advancement into the management position at the branch located in seattle washington even if you have the qualifications they will not advance you.
