      All crew are permanently hired. No pay to fly. Fair upgrade system. Socially sensitive

      Excellent pay, excellent CEO who actually cares.

      Cons

      - Crew being bullied - crew being humiliated publicly - Staff/crew suffering depressions due to being mistreated - crew are scared to raise safety concerns - HR and management not investigating issues, instead they will dismiss - safety concerns are being regularly overlooked - favoritism îs rampant - friendship is always chosen over safety concerns in cabin - lots of gossip and toxicity
