Pros
Pockets of good people who are industry experts.
Cons
The company lacks culture and any form of training, The nature of the work is very specialised and the organisation is complex. You are expected to figure stuff out by yourself and no procedures are in place to follow; so you are reliant on talking to people who don't have time in their day to understand what needs to be done. The team structures are flat with no room for progression and leadership is poor. The HR team are poor and aggressive once you start in the company ( if you like being checked up on and every minute of your day counted then this is the place to be). There is no flexibility. You are expected to work long hours in an environment that can to very political and toxic on occasions.
