Ethanol Company is one of the busiest and biggest company in Malawi. It employs people on full time. Job security is one of the things that employees enjoy at Ethanol. It pays well and has its own houses for accommodation.

The company does not encourage professional growth. And it is currently failing to cope up with trade competition. As a result the company instead of growing it is experiencing losses every year. Staff welfare is at the lowest level which is causing the worst staff demotivation. Management is running out of ideas.
