low paid, short of staff, crazy rota

Coworkers were lovely, we were trauma bonded, the food was amazing as well.

One of the managers specifically was this rude pervy man who would verbally abuse you, watch you through the cameras and tell you off for how you were standing (btw this is illegal if you're working there now and wasn't sure!!!!), would make sexually explicit comments about customers when they couldn't hear it, screamed at waitresses during closing all the time for "being blind" and not cleaning well enough, screamed at multiple employees to SPEAK ENGLISH and banned people from speaking their native language even if behind the bar everyone spoke it. Stole our tips. One of the CEOs or something wanted to have a NYE party for his daughter so in November we were told that even though we were supposed to be closed we weren't anymore, that if we had plans like going home too bad we should have asked for annual leave, when told we didn't because we were supposed to be closed they said sucks to be you basically.
