What it took me to this company was its culture. Journalists aren't too used to be taken care of, and it is great, for a change. I feel completely free to propose projects and actions, the relationship with the CEO and other Managers is absolutely open and easy, and the work environment is really appealing. And I confess that the homemade food was an extra point!
Cons
All the communications work is to be done, so there's a lot to do. But this is an opportunity, too, of doing things how you would like to.

Pros
Civil Servant work. If you don’t have aspirations, it’s your company. The have money so if you don’t make noise and the right people like you, there is not requirement. It’s doesn’t matter if the work doesn’t finish ever.
Cons
The CTO is very dispersed and the company at a technological level does not have a structure or a medium-term plan. It is governed by impulses and that makes the rotation brutal. People leave very soon, especially senior profiles. they have removed perks purchased years ago (breakfast and gym) and the atmosphere is weird. bad place if you want to evolve in IT. there is no work-life balance, only a select few have telecommuting, the rest face-to-face. COO / CTO unsupportive and outdated and liar.
