As an Account Executive, there is a lot of autonomy and you can build your routine according to your area's business needs.
The culture is relaxed, kind and supportive. Decisions are data-driven. Learning from your colleagues is encouraged and warmly welcomed.
The office has an ambitious atmosphere but not heavily competitive among team members, There are great traditions to celebrate each other's successes and socialize.

Cons
If you don't like working independently, this is not for you. AE's are responsible for their own territory/specialty, though we can always ask colleagues for ideas.
It does require some time and investment to build your territory/specialty. Do not expect to make a 6 figure salary in year 1
