Managers genuinely want people to grow, develop, and move up in the company. Genuine focus on teambuilding. Opportunities for cross-training or skill development. Genuine concern for people's work/life balance, including strong encouragement to stay home when sick rather than typical shaming people to show up regardless.

The company has grown 7x in size in a very short amount of time and there are new required systems and processes still being developed and implemented that can cause some confusion when coming from a company that already has similar processes and systems already in place.

Great team culture and supportive coworkers. Strong sense of collaboration with frequent team events and perks (catered lunches, team-building activities). Good opportunities to learn and expand skill sets.

Ineffective upper management and lack of clear leadership. Minimal career development despite significantly increased responsibilities. Compensation does not reflect workload or contributions.
