      Pros

      The people are great - you don't just have colleagues, but, in some cases, best friends. If lucky and junior, you can learn a lot from the people around you. Great place for interns, in particular! Given great responsibility from the start.

      Cons

      No clear and coordinated direction or strategy - absence of leadership from the upper management. Communication a particular problem in the company at large - over-sharing by most people to look good, and a lack of structure to communication channels, means that important information is often lost in the storm and that time is wasted. Big discrepancies in salaries (although being worked on). Salaries generally are quite low for jr. and mid-level staff.

      Beware of Evaneos Scam: Fake Review Job I was hired online by a company claiming to pay for data entry work, but it turned out to be a scam. Instead of data entry, I was asked to write fake travel reviews as if I had visited places I never went to. Their training was conducted via WhatsApp, and they refused to take calls or answer direct questions. After completing the 30 reviews they requested, they asked me to deposit money into their account to "buy more review privileges" before continuing. This is a clear red flag! Legitimate companies will never ask you to pay for work or privileges. If you encounter similar tactics, cease communication immediately and report them to the appropriate authorities. Stay vigilant and protect yourself from scams like this.

      Pros

      Great multicultural company with people coming from multiple countries in the world gathered in the same office in Paris. Regarding data science, we were running multiple ML projects aiming to increase our sales rates by analysing data from customers online navigation or from data retrieved from customers quotes.

      Cons

      At the time, we needed a better Data Engineering team, but I heard that nowadays its not the case anymore
