-customers are often rude/mean, especially if you're not plus size -pay if a bit low, they don't take experience into account too much -pretty ridiculous sales targets for opening store accounts and collecting emails, not taking into account the local population and economy in a not so prosperous area -no commission or bonus system except the incentive system, no reward basis for opening store accounts -staff card is a credit card and takes forever to come through, still haven't got mine after nearly a year because my manager didn't put it through
