In my opinion there was nothing positive about my time at Evbox. a lot of chaos, most of the management has no idea what they are doing. When you try to improve procedures and help customers they tell you to not bother management and be quiet
Cons
no clear communication, Changes are being made everyday without clear explanation, You just suddenly find out what has been changed and if you ask about this you get the completely wrong info and then it's your fault, they hire incompetent managers and then they blame you for bad results, Whether you do your best or not Nobody cares,
