Pros
EVBox is a great place to work. The colleagues, the atmosphere, the mission. Possibilities to grow and progress professionally are there and employees are encouraged to take the steps they need.
Cons
Depending on the area you work in, the business might be messy. Mostly due to, imo, management that is not experienced in the specific field and management turnover with consequent continuous change in roadmap. Nothing crazy tho, the company is open to suggestions on how to improve things.
