Pros
Nothing at all...this company is a trap. they pretend to be a product company but inside they have a very basis erp product..CEO thinks this is the most advanced company upto the level of SAP, It is a family business where father and daughter want everything in their hands.. Companies policies , environment, culture are not at all employee friendly. Being into HR I am saying this.
Cons
this company has Bond Culture. First they will interview you than ask you to sign bond for 2-3 years and do take cheques in advance starting from 5-25 lakhs . Once they receive the cheque they start exploiting the employees. They have trained few senior HRs(Sr Manager) who thinks they are top level executive but they dont have basic ethics how to speak. Before signing the bond they act very gentle mainly HR(Sr Manager) and TA(EA) and make other TA to pass on wrong messages and commitments to candidates and once you sign the Bond they will end up your everything, They will do anything to you ..If you want to leave even by serving your notice they will still cashin the cheques that you will submit. Even they dont have projects, very basic projects, no learning, ITS A TRAP JOINING HERE, PLEASE DONT JOIN
