No cons that I can think of.

The mission and the people are the biggest draw for this company. The impact on education is inspiring. Following the sale of the company in 2025, the company seems to be on an upswing and that is reflected in the energy of the team and the success of some new partnerships.

Strategic direction is lacking, but rebuilding. A lot of promises made in the sales cycle can be hard to deliver and displace roadmap priorities.
