There has been a lot of change in the past couple of years, but things seem stable now

Was a great place with a special culture that motivated people to work hard and collaborate. Post-acquisition by Eversana that all changed and eventually informed my decision to leave.

Inauthentic leadership who lack empathy, constant layoffs. Increasingly forced to sell vaporware / products and offerings that weren't thought through or fully developed and then live with the consequences of unhappy clients. Difficult to manage resulting stress among teams from constant instability and pressure to hit sales targets.
