Great people in CS to work with.

Cons

HORRIBLE pay. You go nowhere unless a supervisor happens to quit, or move to a different department. Otherwise you are stuck with the same pay, with more and more work load on your back and its highly unappreciated by Management. It seems that they only call you in to the office to speak with you if you are doing horribly or your numbers are down. They expect you to take care of emails, tech support, sales support, complaints, eBay support, product support(which they don't give you ANY hands on or information about when they are released), notebook support, and anything else people call in for.

Great products, truly high-quality stuff Plenty of opportunities to learn and multitask Excellent coworkers Great pay, even better bonuses Great environment for self-motivated, driven people

Cons

Management doesn’t regularly listen to/use feedback provided by staff Plans change quickly and often, which can be stressful, but you learn to anticipate it
