Pros

I joined Evosys after my graduation via campus placement. I started my training from August 2020 till January 2021. In this period the learning modules and material that was given was enormous. Also the resources given to us for learning was also very good.(Human and Technical Resources). Once my training was completed, I was given an opportunity to prove myself as a fresher and was given a big client side project in which there was an opportunity to go onsite based on performance. Evosys has no short of opportunities and projects. Only thing needed in Evosys is attitude and self-motivation to grow. Work Environment is very cool , understanding, everyone treats each other like family and pushes each other to grow equally in the company.

Cons

Cons I would say were mostly there due to the pandemic where the virtual training was not as effective as going to office and learning in that environment. I wouldn't say it as a con but for some people it is: - In Evosys there is no 9-5 work culture. You must be working if a task has to be completed which for me is perfectly fine as I love to learn but for some it's a con so I have mentioned it.

Pros

I have been with Evosys for more than 3 years now.. it is safe to say it is one of the best companies I have worked for till date. Provides great opportunities to learn and grow. Management seems to be listening since our appraisals were pretty good overall this year. My team is absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and hard working. My TL’s and Managers have been nothing but amazing leaders who have helped me grow and have been really supportive throughout these years.

Cons

The biggest issue that I can think of is changes in team members/ project resources quite frequently. Some people don’t need to be replaced or pulled out according to me but that is the managements call after all and I m sure they might have a pretty good reason behind it. But this heavily affects the flow and project timelines.
