Almost every 2 weeks, a new manager position will be created. The new manager? friend of the CEO. experience? who cares. They can do nothing, and any errors, the blame will go to the staff instead of his friend. There are more managers than staff on the ground. pay increment is non existent. they ceo will threaten u with pay cut whenever u tried to ask as he claims that "market is bad, everyone is not making money", while IT is the most in demand job as of now. Their strategy, squeeze u dry before psychoing you to leave and hire a new staff/victim. There's a reason why after 10 years the company is still a SME. Join this company if you don't care about money or you just wish to feel like a rubbish
