      Pros

      At EWMI we all felt like family. No matter what level you are, you are never looked down upon. The bosses are very kind and considerate. Always willing to help. Always meet you halfway. Flexibility was great. Hybrid was very convenient. Saved time on commute and was actually able to do more work from home. Not that it was required. All in all, great working atmosphere. Great coworkers. Great bosses.

      None at all. It was a great place to be.
