*Very high turnover of staff *There is an extremely high level of micromanagement *There appears to be a well-established small group of long-term staff members who, unfortunately, do not actively assist or support new personnel. *Managers exhibit a significant degree of favoritism towards certain staff members. *The work instructions provided are inconsistent and lack uniformity * work environment is characterised by toxicity and negativity *Unsupportive management often directs individuals to outdated process documents, contributing to a lack of effective guidance. *There is a significant amount of red tape, *You cannot make any independent decisions, even on minor matters, requires management involvement.

Pros

Christmas parties and the location.

Cons

After a change at the top in 2014, resulting in a a total turnover of the entire senior management team in the next 9 months, the culture deteriorated significantly resulting in low morale and distrust in management.
