1. The company is corrupt 2. Not enough teachers but they don’t want to hire new people. 3. They bring in random people from the head office to help around the school but they have no idea what to do (for obvious reasons because they’re from the head office and they come in without any training) 3. You have to ask for “PERMISSION” if you want to work over time. Like who wants to do that?? But you’re basically forced to because again, not enough teachers. 4. I personally am very concerned about the kids at this school. Because the management is so bad, teachers leave in less than 6months. The kids are used to this happening and they basically don’t care about the teachers leaving or about their new teachers.
