Good work culture - Engagement Manager EXL India Employee Review

I can not think of any pros of working with EXL at the moment. May be my process was not a good one.

Worst part about EXL is it's managers, at least for the process which I am working in. They treat their downlines as if we are slaves and they are the one feeding us. No respect is given to the employees even if your results are really very good. Only the favourite ones will get the appreciation.

very diverse company has moved away from doing conventional BPO work to analytics services, have made accquisitions to support the growth plan.. overall a reasonable company to work with

the company is very tenured biased and would always choose a tenured employee over a new comer even if the new comer is a high performer and a go getter, very money minded while they proclaim that they are very employee centric but the truth is far away from reality
