Pros
* No Pros, they just act like they care but they do not. * Working was like a Hell even surviving is difficult. * It was like working among crabs in a basket. One crab tries to pull the leg of the other assuming that you will climb up.
Cons
* Worked for a IT project which came 3 months back. * Especially senior management does not see whether right people are hired for right seats. * CTO - I think has hired his relatives on the top level instead of right seats. * Only if you talk like you know everything they will believe, they won't see whether you really know that stuff. * Dress codes are pathetic. Culture is worse. Never experienced in 15 years of work.
