Too much toxic environment,Favoritism. Employees treated as animals.General manager have no brain and no ethics. all appraisal peomotion, decided as per his favoritsm and only favorits get good benefits .no-one asking or suggesting him to improve and work on his ego.He fire innocent people for his own mistakes.he play very carefully and target persons whenever get chance and hiding his own bad decisions.
