Pros

The best reason to work for explore is the students that you encounter! You will never work in a more positive atmosphere. The job also attracts very enthusiastic and like-minded people which helps!

Cons

The pay situation was very frustrating. Employees were not being paid properly and were not given proper explanations. This resulted in angry and disenchanted workers and evidently affected the work flow.

Flexibilité, ttv 3 jours par semaine, tickets restos, participation versée chaque année, prime vacances syntec, bornes de recharges électriques gratuites, journées absences enfants malades payées.. entreprise où il fait bon travailler et où l'autonomie et la confiance sont là

malgré les revues de salaires annuelles, le salaire n'augmente que trop peu
