      Pros

      This team handles some intense projects for medium-to-large companies... great at diving into the details and back-end processes to figure out how to get things done, and the sites/tools look good in the end.

      Cons

      Not a full-service 'agency' - they don't do copywriting, SEO/SEM or blogging (but they don't claim to be experts at those things and don't want to be - they stick to their best skills and bring in people for the other areas as needed).

      Cool building in Downtown Akron

      Cons

      They are 20 years behind. Management is completely unprofessional and very unstable. Just like their platforms. Security is nearly non existent. Employees are bigoted and unprofessional and create a hostile work environment.
