Wondering place to work, I really enjoy my job.

The co-workers were good. I didn’t see them much because we always worked alone but they were fun to talk to

The upper management is terrible. The lack of training is so bad that we basically taught ourselves because they didn’t care enough to make sure we knew our jobs. All they cared about was making money and nothing about the happiness of the employees. There was no advertising whatsoever and they wanted glasses made even if it’s from an old RX. They told us to read people’s glasses on our equipment and make new ones from the reading and not even looking at the correct RX. They treat management like crap and wonder why the turnover rate is so high. And the commission? It’s a joke because you have to hit the monthly sales goal to get it and it’s completely unattainable.
