There’s occasional downtime between tasks.
Cons
You’ll never feel trusted here—every task is questioned, every detail is scrutinized, and no one is allowed to just do their job. Upper management thrives on blame instead of solutions. Constant micromanagement led to bottlenecks and slowdowns, which we were then blamed for. Nobody wants to listen, and the turnover proves it. Morale is awful and innovation is crushed under control.
