Management is largely hands-off—if you’re self-motivated, you’ll appreciate the autonomy. Work-life balance was generally respected. Mission-driven culture, with smart and capable colleagues.

When the DOGE cuts came down, leadership didn’t advocate for staff and handled the layoffs with little recognition of our work or effort—very disappointing and felt pretty callous. Professional development and mentorship were lacking—you’re largely left to figure things out solo. Communication was inconsistent, and the organizational structure was very siloed. Some teams felt like entirely different companies.
